This is Boo Boo. She is a tortishell cat. We got her pn New Years, and during the party a tour house she got so scared, so made a whole in the back of the pull out bed couch, and hung onto the bar, for the whole evening. We eventually had to cut the backing off the couch in order to get her out, after that incident we decided that the name Boo Boo would be extreamly appropiate!:)

In-House Laboratory

Approximately 75% of our laboratory diagnostics are performed in-house, these include all pre-anesthetic blood panels, wellness testing and blood work for most sick animals. We also perform all routine fecal analysis, urinalysis, heart worm, FIV and Feline Leukemia virus testing in our lab. The major advantage of an in-house laboratory is that we can have results in record time, which is very important, especially for sick animals.

Surgery Suite

For procedures requiring a general anesthetic, our patients are induced and prepared for surgery in the treatment area and then transported to either the surgical suite or wet treatment area if a dental is being performed. Intra-operative IV fluids are administered to some patients and all patients' cardiovascular and respiratory levels are monitored throughout the anesthetic period. Once awake, our patients recover in the surgical recovery cages in the treatment area.

We have purchased a new digital radiography machine for the new clinic, with a four-way floating table and the ability to transfer x-rays to disc rather than traditional x-ray film. We can also refer our digital radiographs to a board certified radiologist if necessary.
